Tour de Force is a cooperation between governments, market parties, social organizations, knowledge institutes and platforms that are committed to a stronger cycling policy in the Netherlands. The objective of Tour de Force is ambitious: 20% more bicycle miles in 2027 compared to 2017. We have a leading role as project and process managers within this solid ambition.
